+ What is Euphoria?
Euphoria is far more than a music experience, far more than a festival. Euphoria is a place where you listen, create, feel and — literally — live in the moment.
+ What is Finding Euphoria?
In 2018, Euphoria is doing something slightly different. Finding Euphoria is a one-day, intentional scaling back of our programming, offering a more intimate festival to our fans. The festival on May 12 is a place to reconnect and experience great music. The festival is taking place at three venues in Downtown Austin: Empire Control Room and Garage, Mohawk and Barracuda.
Finding Euphoria also includes the Series, which are events throughout the spring in Austin. We are taking the features that make Euphoria Festival unique, and making them available year round. These events include shows, yoga, sustainability workshops, speaker and panel events, cookouts and dining, and more. Check out the Series calendar here.
+ Do I have to buy a Series Pass to go to the Finding Euphoria festival?
No. Single-day Finding Euphoria tickets are available, as well as a limited number of camping tickets. Finding Euphoria will be similar to the early years of Euphoria, and this event will continue to be the way most people experience Euphoria. The Series Pass is an option for those who want to experience everything — all of the shows we book in Austin, the festival, and our community events. More details on the Series Pass are available here.
+ When is Finding Euphoria?
Finding Euphoria 2018 will take place on May 12. The Pre-Party is Friday May 11 at Empire Control Room and Garage.

Parking: A separate ADA lot will be available for patrons with valid handicap placards, plates and/or permits, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them. Please follow signage or ask staff upon entering the festival how to access this lot. Please note that it is against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required ADA credentials or to fraudulently use someone else’s in order to gain access to ADA parking spots.
Access Center: All accessibility-related inquiries can be answered at our Access Center, which will be located at right inside the venue entrance and in the accessible camping area. Additionally this is the location to recharge wheelchair batteries and/or the other assistive technology requiring electrical re-charging, as well as storing equipment.
Accessible Viewing Areas: There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons who may need to see above the crowd on the main stage. For entrance to the platform please visit the Access Center to gain access to this area.

We encourage all patrons to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters. Absolutely no personal golf carts will be allowed. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Access Center. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit. We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.
- Persons with disabilities and their service dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for those persons with disabilities are welcome at Finding Euphoria, as are those training service animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away. Due to large-scale animal service fraud, and for the protection of all festival patrons, service animals must be screened and registered at the Access Center immediately upon entry to the site. Please contact us at email@example.com for protocol regarding service animals.
- Any service animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship, is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue.
- All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
- Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area provided in Accessible Camping.
- Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
Effective Communication Requests: There will be several options available for ADA patrons with auditory disabilities. We will have assisted listening devices available at the Access Center. We have a strict no-pet rule, with exceptions only for service animals as specified by federal and state law. UNLESS YOU HAVE A LEGITIMATE SERVICE ANIMAL, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME. All service animals must be registered at the entrance gates. Please note that comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed into the venues. Ticket holders may be turned away if a pet is found in your car.

+ What will Finding Euphoria camping be like?
About one third as many camping passes are available for Finding Euphoria 2018 as were available for Euphoria 2017. Camping will be a laid-back, primitive gathering, with large open space. Campgrounds will open at noon on Friday, May 11, and close at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 13. There will be an exclusive pre-party for campers onsite Friday evening. A Car Camping Parking Add-On is available for anyone who would like to park in the campgrounds and camp next to their car.
+ What do I need to know about camping at Finding Euphoria?
The camping experience is what really makes this festival! Awake every morning with family just like you. Share your experiences with friends, new and old, as you immerse yourself in festival life.
One Camping Pass is required for each person camping.
We have car camping! With a Car Camping Pass, you can have your car parked right by your tent. Overflow parking is located nearby in case you need to leave and return to a full spot. We will also have a car-free zone of the campgrounds for those who don’t want cars around their site.
Due to the limited camping passes, space will be more abundant than ever this year. Allotments will be less regulated so you can spread out with friends, but always be respectful of neighbors’ space.
Camping Passes are capped at 2,000 purchases. Camping WILL SELL OUT - if you plan to camp, act now. If you want to camp, you must buy a GA or VIP Festival Pass AND a Camping Pass. We cannot guarantee camping add-ons will be available.
+ What camping passes do I need?
Everyone must have their own separate Camping Pass and Festival GA or VIP Pass. If you are car camping, you must also have a Car Camping Parking Add-On (good for up to four people per car, only one person has to have a car camping pass).
+ What parking passes do I need?
The Car Camping Parking Add-On will let you park in the campgrounds, next to your tent. If you’re bringing a car but prefer to park outside the grounds, you can purchase a regular parking pass, or pay in cash on-site. This lot will be adjacent to the campground.
+ What are the Group Camping deals?
Get major discounts by purchasing your passes with your friends!
Finding Euphoria 4 Person Group Camping - 20% Off
To camp at Finding Euphoria with 3 friends, your group needs 4 Finding Euphoria Festival GA Passes, 4 Camping Passes, and the group needs 1 Car Camping Parking Add-On. To simplify your lives and save you money, we wrapped that up in a 4 Person Group Camping package. This package, including every pass a group of 4 needs, is discounted 20% from what it would cost to buy each component individually.
Finding Euphoria 10 Person Group Camping - 50% Off
Have a group of 10 who wants to camp? We packaged 10 Festival GA Passes, 10 Camping Passes, and 4 Car Camping Add-Ons for $738. The 10 Person Group Camping pack is 50% the price of buying each of these components individually.
Both of these group camping packages are available now, and they are also available to purchase with payment plans here.
+ Can I take my car in and out of the campgrounds if I am car camping?
You may leave at your own risk, but we can't guarantee a space once you come back to park next to your tent. However, we will have an overflow lot designated for this case.

+ I want to bring my RV or camper - how does that work?
RV spots are available for purchase. Each individual staying in an RV must have a valid RV Pass, Camping Pass and Finding Euphoria festival pass. There is a maximum of 8 people per RV spot allowed. RV spots are single entry, once your vehicle is parked in your spot there are no ins and outs. You must remain parked for the duration of the festival. Purchase an RV spot here.
+ Is there car camping?
Yes! Car Camping is available with a Car Camping Parking Pass. Each Car Camping Parking Pass includes 1 vehicle with up to four people. You must purchase this pass (one for each vehicle, or 4 people) in addition to your Camping Pass. Read our blog about car camping here.
+ Can I "save" a campsite for a friend?
Camping is more relaxed this year. Spots cannot officially be held, but head over to the campgrounds early and grab a big space for your squad. We know the festival camping experience is more fun with friends, so carpool, caravan or make plans to arrive together to be certain of camping together.
+ If I purchase the Glamping Tent Rental, will it just be an add-on charge or a whole other ticket?
Our Glamping Tent Rental is an add-on! You still need to purchase your GA or VIP Festival pass and Camping Pass. If you want to park your car by your Glamping tent, you also need to purchase a Car Camping Add-On Pass.
+ What amenities are available at the campgrounds?
Campers will have access to restrooms, showers (for a fee), charging stations, hand wash stations, free water refill stations, food and beverage, a variety of vendors and ATMs. There will also be morning yoga and workshop sessions held exclusively for campers, all the more reason to pack your tent and stay the weekend. Purchase a GA camping pass.
+ Are there campground kitchens available for use?
There are no camping kitchens this year, so cook/pack your meals in advance, bring snacks, or check out our food vendors!
+ What can we bring into the campgrounds?
Sealed food and non-alcoholic beverages stored in non-breakable containers will be permitted inside the camping area. Keep in mind when packing food items that open flames or fires are not allowed (this includes camping stoves).
Acoustic music is welcome. Please respect your neighbors and leave your electrified music gear at home.

CAMPING DO'S AND DON'TS
- DON'T: Bring glass bottles of any kind.
- DO: Register as a vendor if you plan to sell art, clothing or merch! Vending will only be allowed in designated areas.
- DON'T: Bring any weapons or harmful objects.
- DO: Carpool or secure appropriate travel arrangements to and from the festival. Cars, go-karts, hovercrafts and any other motorized transportation vehicles will not be permitted in the campgrounds.
- DON’T: Bring illegal substances. Remember, although laws vary from state to state, Euphoria Music Festival and the campgrounds must adhere to Texas state law.
- DO: Leave your pet(s) at home. We know, we’ll miss ours too.
- DON’T: Bring outside food or beverages into the main festival grounds. Trying to do so could result in a security member tossing out your ice cold beverage – and that’s never fun.
- DO: Attempt to “leave no trace,” and leave the campground cleaner than you found it. Place all trash in the nearest bin. We also suggest bringing your own black trash bags.
- DON’T: Plan to cook anything that requires a fire or open flame, as they are not permitted.
- DO: Keep the marked fire lanes clear, and refrain from blocking these areas when setting up tents or camping spots.
- DON'T: Forget to drink lots of water and rest, taking breaks when necessary.
- DO: Make the most of the experience, take care of one another, and enjoy the ride!
+ Does everyone in my tent need a Camping Pass?
Yes. Each person who plans to camp or enter the campgrounds needs a valid camping wristband. Only camping wristband holders will be allowed access the campgrounds. GA or VIP Festival Pass holders without a camping wristband will not be allowed to access the campgrounds. Series Passes include camping, so all Series Pass holders may enter the campgrounds.
+ If I want to get the RV package, does it include the Camping Pass as well?
No, the RV package is strictly for the parking of the vehicle in our RV campgrounds. Every occupant on the RV must also purchase a Camping Pass. The RV pass covers up to 8 people per 1 vehicle.
+ Will camping sell out?
Camping will sell out. Camping Passes are capped at 2,000. If you want to camp, you must buy a Camping Pass.
+ What does the VIP Festival Pass include?
Our VIP options elevate the Finding Euphoria experience. The Finding Euphoria VIP Pass includes an express entrance to beat the crowd, access to a dedicated support staff, designated preferred viewing areas, private bars with drink specials, and air-conditioned bathrooms. VIP is included in the Series Pass. Purchase a VIP Pass now.
+ What does the VIP Finding Euphoria Pass + Camping Pass include?
This year camping is a laid-back and scaled-back community experience. There is no specific VIP camping area. The VIP Finding Euphoria Pass refers to perks inside the festival (see VIP perks above!), not inside the campgrounds.
You can purchase a Glamping Tent Rental, which will be set up for you in a prefered area of the campgrounds.
+ If I ordered the incorrect pass, can I get a refund in order to purchase the correct ticket?
Unfortunately, our policy does not allow for refunds of any kind. However, if you accidentally purchased the incorrect ticket, you can purchase the correct one and send your confirmation number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel your original order. This can not be permitted on orders completed through third party sites.
+ I bought the GA Festival only pass, but I would like to buy a Camping Pass. Where do I go to do this?
Camping Passes are sold separately from Festival Passes this year, so this is easy! Just purchase your Camping Pass here, plus a Car Camping Add-On if you want to car camp.
+ Does my VIP pass include unlimited free food and drinks?
Our VIP packages do not include unlimited free drinks or food.
+ Are there payment plans?
Yes! You can now opt to pay for your Finding Euphoria experience in fixed monthly installments.
+ How do I sign up for Tixr Payment Plans?
